Chocolate Mousse Plates

My first day on the birding & antiquities tour in Greece we had a wonderful meal together-- 38 of us and 4 group leaders.

             At my table we had plates that looked like this:

And that gave me an idea!

I visited all the tables collecting Rorschach mousses.
